Undergraduate Applicants
First-time freshman applicants must submit the following:

When you are finished, click the SUBMIT button on the left column of any application screen.
Print the application agreement statement that appears after you submit the application.
There is a nonrefundable $15 application fee.
You will need to mail a check or money order to the address listed under Contact Us or submit your payment online.
- An official high school transcript indicating class rank, graduation date, and cumulative grade point average or an official GED score report must be submitted. Official college/university transcripts must be submitted if courses were completed while still in high school.
- If your official high school transcript does not include your ACT or SAT scores, you must provide an official ACT or SAT score report to Cameron.

International Applicants
International students
An international student who is applying for first-time admission to a United States university or who has attended another United States university and earned fewer than 24 semester credit hours must submit the following documents before an I-20 will be processed.
International students may want to review the Cameron University International Information website at: www.cameron.edu/admissions/international.
- This online application must be completed as thoroughly as possible.

There is a nonrefundable $35 application fee.
You will need to mail a check or money order to the address listed below or submit your payment online.
- International undergraduate students must provide evidence of completion of secondary school (high school).
An official transcript translated into English must be submitted.
Applicants from a Caribbean country will need to submit a certified or original copy of a CXC report.
Applicants from a West African nation will need to submit an original copy of a WAEC report or new scratch card with examination number, examination year and type of examination.
- Official transcripts of all university work completed outside the United States must be provided.
These transcripts must be translated into English and evaluated by an approved credential evaluation service.
These services can be located on web at www.wes.org or www.jsilny.com.
- A copy of the page (or pages) of your passport that indicate your complete name, country of citizenship, passport number, and passport expiration date must be submitted.
- An affidavit of financial support and six months of current bank statements or a statement from a bank that indicate the availability of funds to attend school for at least one year.
- International students for whom English is a second language must present evidence of proficiency in the English language.
Undergraduate applicants must achieve a minimum score of 173 on the computer-based Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), a minimum score of 500 for undergraduate on the paper-based TOEFL, a minimum score of 61 on the internet-based TOEFL, or a minimum score 6.0 on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
Graduate applicants must achieve a minimum score of 213 on the computer-based TOEFL, a minimum score of 550 on the paper-based TOEFL, a minimum score of 79-80 on the internet-based TOEFL, or a minimum score of 6.5 on the IELTS.
Official examination scores must be sent directly from the testing service to Cameron University.
- Official SAT score report must be provided to Cameron if students are less than 21 years of age.
- International students who are transferring from another United States high school or university will need to complete and submit a transfer form.
